June 4th, 2024: Joey Porter Jr. & Sr. Golf Outing
Golf outings were in high volume in 2024, and we continued the trend with the Joey Porter Sr. & Joey Porter Jr. Celebrity Golf Outing at Treesdale Golf and Country Club benefiting their incredible Jasmine Nyree Campus.
This outing was not only one of the most fun events we’ve been a part of, but it also raised significant awareness and critical funds for the campus, which serves as a beacon of hope and support for families navigating the challenges of special needs care.
The Jasmine Nyree Campus is especially close to the Porter family’s heart, as Jasmine Nyree Porter was born with Autism. Her journey has fueled their passion to create a multi-service campus that addresses a wide range of needs within the special needs community. The campus offers residential services, early childcare, recreational and educational programs, and other vital human services, making it a lifeline for countless families.
We’re grateful to partner with compassionate and visionary individuals like the Porters and are honored to support the mission of the Jasmine Nyree Campus. We look forward to building on this impactful event in the years to come and continuing to make a difference in the lives of those it serves.

A very exciting event for us this year was running the 2nd annual Chuck Noll Foundation Golf Outing at the Club at Nevillewood. The Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research is dedicated to diminishing the impact of sports related head injuries and was started by none other than Chuck Noll with the assistance of Dr. Joseph Maroon, the Steelers’ neurosurgeon in 1990.
The outing was co-hosted by our good friend Merril Hoge. We were able to raise an outstanding $200,000 + for the Chuck Noll Foundation. We were honored to be able to make this year even better than last and are excited to surpass this next year.
October 10, 2024: Jerome Bettis 17th Annual Caring For Kids Gala
Another incredible year for the 17th annual Caring for Kids Gala at Acrisure Stadium benefiting the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation. This wonderful event was filled with sponsors, celebrities, and a night of fun in the PNC Champions Club.
This year we had two award recipients receiving the courage award and the humanitarian award. First, the humanitarian award was given to Jerome’s teammate and friend, Troy Polamalu for his incredible work in the community through the Troy and Theodora Polamalu Foundation. It was an honor to recognize him.
Second, the courage award, was presented to a special member of the Bus Stops Here family, Larry Klu. He has been painting at events for Jerome for many years and always puts his family and community first even through the toughest times of his life, battling cancer. He exudes courage in every way and we were honored to present him with this award this year after all he has done for us.
This beautiful evening was a very special year for us because of these incredibly special recipients. We will continue to support the lives of inner-city youth in Pittsburgh and Detroit with these contributions.
