What is the Blue and Gold Golf Classic? 

This year, the Jerome Bettis Blue and Gold Celebrity Golf Classic will be on May 7-8th in Atlanta, Georgia! This two day event features a star-studded celebrity line-up of Notre Dame greats and icons in sports and entertainment. This premiere event benefits the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation and Notre Dame endowment.

The event kicks off with a Welcome Party at the Thompson in Buckhead on Sunday evening. This party will include exclusive Chalk Talk, live and silent auction, and entertainment. On Monday, the celebrities and participants will compete in a Golf Tournament followed by an award ceremony hosted at East Lake Golf Club.  

 East Lake Golf Club is a very well known golf course due to their permanent home on the TOUR Championship since 2005. The tournament was first played at East Lake in 1998 and has been held at East Lake 21 times since then. The TOUR Championship is the culminating event of the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedEx Cup, with only the top 30 players on the points list qualifying each year.
